Autoparco Brescia Est is an ambitious project, realized in synergy with Autostrade Brescia Padova, and it rises from FAI’s, Federazione Italiana Autotrasporti, desire to have, on the Italian territory, equipped areas for drivers’ pause, in order to offer services both to them and to vehicles, during the pauses. Resting in a safe place is everyone’s right and first FAI’s object is to increase transport security even during pauses.

Autoparco Brescia Est, in order to reach the highest level of efficiency, beyond its dimensional, structural and functional characteristics, is integrated with a number of infrastructures aimed at accessibility, security and quality. Therefore the installation of a control and managing system for entries and exits, which uses the most advanced technologies and guarantees a 24 hours nonstop surveillance with personnel and video recording. Entry is checked with data transmission procedures and all the area is managed and video guarded with a monitoring system, that uses sensors and cameras visible from the buildings.
A photovoltaic system has been installed all along the perimeter, and it covers the entire energetic requirement of the structure, allowing to save energy: more than save up, we wanted to preserve the environment from further pollution.

The parking area includes 430 lots, 300 of which simple and 100 equipped with electrical plug in for refrigerators. Lots are indicated with proper horizontal signs on the pavement, in order to grant a tidy vehicles positioning. Entry and exit roads, with their studied dimensions, allow an easy transit and manoeuvre to all vehicles, avoiding accumulating on different traffic currents.
